It has got to do with your digestive system.  Firstly, take smaller meals more frequently.  Secondly, avoid oily food and limit your consumption of eggs.

In addition, you should drink a cup of tea after meal.  Why do some people like to drink tea after their meal?  Did you notice Westerners have the habit of drinking coffee?  It is because it helps to cleanse the grease from their digestive system.

And, drinking tea has the same benefit.  It helps in digestion, protects our colon and prevents accumulation of food in the stomach.
